Estrada Tallies Season-High 14 for Chargers in Loss at Prairie State

CHICAGO HEIGHTS — Sophomore Myles Estrada had a season-high 14 points in the Carl Sandburg College men's basketball team's 91-58 loss at Prairie State on Tuesday.

Estrada finished 5 of 8 from the including, highlighted by a 4-for-6 effort from 3-point range. He also led the Chargers in steals, picking up three of the Chargers' five pilfers on the evening.

Freshman Tyrese Grose finished in double figures for the third time in four games, scoring 10 on 5 of 10 shooting. Hunter Caves led the Chargers in rebounding by pulling down 10 for the second straight game to match his career high.

The Chargers trailed 41-31 at halftime but were just 8 of 33 from the field in the second half.

The Pioneers' Oluyemi Elutilo led all players with 23 points. Dekari Graham added 18 points and 10 rebounds for Prairie State.
