Van Heuklon has 4-Hit Night vs. No. 8 Blackhawks

BURLINGTON, Iowa — Sophomore Logan Van Heuklon tallied a career-high four hits for the Carl Sandburg College baseball team in a 10-5 loss at No. 8 Southeastern on Thursday night.

KEY MOMENT
The Blackhawks raced to an early lead with six runs in the first inning. Southeastern took advantage of five hits, a walk and a hit batsman in the frame.

SANDBURG STANDOUT
Van Heuklon finished 4 for 5 as he singled to center in the second, added another base hit to center in the sixth, had a single to left in the eighth and knocked an RBI hit to center in the ninth. It marked his first four-hit game as a Charger.
