Bio

Brandon Fox is a native of Galesburg, Illinois and played baseball competitively at the high school, American Legion, and college levels (Carl Sandburg College and Knox College). He eventually attended Western Illinois University where he earned a B.S. in Kinesiology/Athletic Training. To continue his healthcare education, Fox went on to Logan College of Chiropractic where he earned his Master's in Sports Science & Rehabilitation as well as his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree. Fox has held credentials through the NCSA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and through Kettlebell Athletics.

Prior to working at Sandburg, Fox worked at a private physical therapy outpatient clinic. His passion is teaching athletes/people to train safely and effectively, and to help those populations reach their goals through intelligent programming and nutrition. Fox resides in Galesburg with his wife Kristin, daughter Rosalie, two dogs Ryno and Willow, and three cats Brown Cow (Anchorman yo!), Tigger, and Peppa Pig. In his free time Fox enjoys spending time with his family, attempting to lift heavy weights, and pondering the meaning of life.
