DIXON — The Carl Sandburg College volleyball team's 17-match Arrowhead Conference win streak came to an end with a 25-21, 19-25, 25-15, 25-20 loss at Sauk Valley on Tuesday night.
The Chargers dropped to 21-10 overall this season and 6-1 in the conference. Sandburg and Sauk Valley are now tied atop the Arrowhead standings with three matches remaining.
Prior to Tuesday, the Chargers' last conference defeat came Sept. 30, 2021, also at Sauk Valley.
