Sandburg basketball alumni reunion set for Nov. 16

GALESBURG — Grab your sneakers and see if that old jersey still fits!

Sandburg invites all former Chargers basketball players to return to John Lewis Gym for an alumni reunion Nov. 16. This day-long celebration will allow Sandburg basketball alumni to reconnect, reminisce and make new memories while cheering on this season's Chargers squads.

Schedule of events

• 8:30 a.m. — Check-in and photo opportunities.
• 8:45 a.m. — Open gym for alumni basketball games and contests.
• 10 a.m. — Brunch at the redesigned Loft Café and campus tour, including the new Science & Technology Center.
• 1 p.m. — Women's basketball game vs. Madison with alumni recognition ceremony at halftime.
• 3 p.m. — Men's basketball game vs. Madison with alumni recognition ceremony at halftime.
• 6 p.m. — Alumni dinner/gathering at Pizza House (Non-college sponsored event. Dining options will be at guests' expense.)
